How do I edit my account information? 

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

I forgot my password. 

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

Are your products authentic? 

Yes, all our merchandise is 100% authentic and we do guarantee the authenticity of all our products . 

How can you sell your product for so much less than the stores? 

We are able to sell for less, because we are willing to work on a much smaller margin than a retail store. We are able to make a small profit on each pair, and in return we do large volume. 

How come you sell "Made in China" products?

The country of origin of products no longer determines the authenticity of merchandise. All licensed manufactures produce globally.

When will my order ship? 

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

My order never arrived?

Click here to go to the Login or Create an Account page. Once you're logged in click My Orders on the left navigation. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance. 

What is your return policy?

How long do I have to return my order? 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item no questions asked within 14 days for a refund an exchange. The return period starts from the day the item is receive.

Will I be charged a restocking fee? 

Bellaochio.com never charges restocking fees, all returns qualify for a full refund, but all shipping charges are non-refundable. 

How do I return my order? 

Just click the link below and fill out the form and you will receive an email with return instructions. Please make sure to enclose a copy of your return form in the package, this ensures a quick turnaround time for your refund or exchange.

How long does it take for a refund or exchange to be processed? 

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed.
